The Undercover Policing Inquiry (UCPI) was established to investigate the practices and ethics of undercover policing in England and Wales since 1968. The Inquiry examines cases in which individuals and groups were subjected to covert surveillance, often in ways that violated trust or civil rights. It aims to ensure accountability and identify necessary reforms in policing practices.

Since 2024, Hestia has provided emotional support for those involved in the Inquiry through one-to-one support sessions.
