UK Covid-19 Inquiry The UK Covid-19 Inquiry is an independent public inquiry established to examine the United Kingdom’s response to, and the impacts of, the Covid-19 pandemic, with a focus on identifying lessons for the future. The Inquiry investigates a wide range of areas, including the nation’s preparedness, decision-making during the pandemic, and its effects on public health and the economy. Since 2022, Hestia has been providing trauma-informed emotional support to those engaging with the Inquiry - witnesses and core participants - both in-person at community events and hearings, and remotely.
