Stronger Together is Hestia’s diversity and inclusion network set up for ethnic majority staff of all levels including student social workers.
Stronger Together network was created to celebrate shared commonalities in terms of discrimination/micro-aggression and how to overcome difficulties faced as a result of skin colour. The network meets every other month and is a supportive group where people are encouraged to share.
