Join Developing Futures Feeling stuck, uncertain, or held back by your mental health? You're not alone. Developing Futures is a free one-to-one mentoring programme for 18-24 year olds from ethnically diverse backgrounds across London experiencing mental health challenges. We help you build confidence, explore education and career options, and take steps towards a brighter future. Over 12 weeks, you'll be matched with a DBS cleared skilled volunteer mentor who understands your journey and provides flexible online support tailored to your goals and wellbeing. You don't need to have everything figured out - we'll help you get there, one step at a time. What you’ll gain as a mentee Personalised support: Our mentors are handpicked, experienced, and come from a variety of different backgrounds, ensuring you receive the best guidance tailored to your unique needs. Flexible communication: Connect with your mentor through text messages, video and phone calls, allowing you to access support whenever and wherever you need it. Empowerment: With our mentors' support, you'll gain the confidence and motivation to conquer your challenges and improve your education, work experience, and employment prospects. Community building: Join a network of like-minded individuals who share your experiences and can provide additional support and encouragement.
