We are dedicated to providing a wide range of services in Hounslow to empower our service users with safety, hope, and purpose. Our support offer includes the following services.

 

Mental health

We offer a variety of mental health and complex needs support in Hounslow:

• The Enhanced Dementia Care Service is a multi-organisation service offering quality-of-life support for individuals with dementia and their families.

• Hounslow Safe Space is a safe, inviting, and inclusive space for individuals who are struggling to cope with their mental health and daily life.

 

Employment support

Hounslow residents over the age of 18 have access to a variety of employment support through Twining-Hestia:

• Our West London Works programme supports those who have mental or physical health challenges.

• Our Employment Advisors in NHS Talking Therapies offer support for those already working with an NHS talking therapist.

• Our Developing Futures programme supports young adults (aged 18-24) from ethnically diverse communities looking for personalised and realistic advice on how to achieve their life goals.

• Our Connect to Work programme supports adults (aged 18+) looking to find and sustain meaningful employment.

 

Modern slavery response

Our modern slavery service started in 2011 and we have supported more than 7,000 survivors since then. We provide seven safe houses in London and Kent, as well as a pan-London outreach service working in every London borough.
