This award recognises dedicated volunteers who have selflessly contributed their time, energy and skills to support Hestia’s services and improve the lives of the people use them.

Congratulations to our shortlisted volunteers: Chloe Huttner, Gary and Sergio

This year’s Volunteer of the Year Award goes to Chloe Huttner

Chloe has been volunteering at the Age Well Roehampton Service for the past three years, running fortnightly dance classes for adults aged 55 and over. She carefully plans each session, selecting music and dance steps to ensure the class is accessible for all mobility levels, allowing everyone to participate.

Chloe’s sessions provide a safe space where service users can enjoy themselves, interact with others, and feel part of a community. Most importantly, she has made a significant impact on the lives of older adults, helping them stay active, healthy, and connected.

Chloe creates a warm, friendly, and joyful environment in every class and always receives glowing feedback for the positivity and energy she brings. She is always willing to lend a helping hand and recently supported a celebration party.

Beyond encouraging physical activity, Chloe fosters a sense of wellbeing, promoting an atmosphere of care and inclusivity. She consistently demonstrates a collaborative spirit, spreading joy wherever she goes and making a real difference.

Her dedication and kindness makes Chloe a true star of the Age Well Roehampton Service.
