We are dedicated to providing a wide range of services in Tower Hamlets to empower our service users with safety, hope, and purpose. Our support offer includes the following services.

 

Domestic abuse

Our culturally specific domestic abuse refuges offer safe, temporary accommodation for women and children from specific cultural backgrounds, for instance South Asian or Muslim backgrounds, who are at risk from domestic abuse.

Mental health

We have a variety of mental health support services on offer in Tower Hamlets. These include:

  • Our Together Café closed on Friday 21 November 2025. Please visit the East London NHS Foundation Trust website to find alternative mental health support services.

  • Our Mental Health Housing and Support service, for those who experience mental health challenges and have had significant experience of institutional care.

  • Our Coxley House service, a registered care home providing 24-hour support for adults with mental health needs.

 

Employment support

Our Developing Futures programme, delivered through Twining-Hestia, supports young adults (aged 18-24) from ethnically diverse communities looking for personalised and realistic advice on how to achieve their life goals.

 

Modern slavery response

Our modern slavery service started in 2011 and we have supported more than 7,000 survivors since then. We provide seven safe houses in London and Kent, as well as a pan-London outreach service working in every London borough.
