Hestia’s rough sleeper support service works with men and women aged 18-65 who are at risk of homelessness, or living in emergency temporary accommodation in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. We will support you to maintain your current accommodation and to find more permanent accommodation while remaining as independent as possible.

What support can I get?

Our support is tailored to your individual needs, but can include:

  • Practical advice and assistance with managing your tenancy
  • Support with setting up and attending appointments
  • Managing finances and budgeting
  • Signposting and referrals to specialist support, including drug and alcohol services and mental health support
  • Employability skills

How do I access it?

The service will accept referrals directly from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Rough Sleepers Pathway.

Our team works flexibly across the borough providing support at a time and place to suit you.

We are open between  Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.
