Hestia's Refuge Referral Line

Hestia's Refuge Referral Line supports women and children experiencing domestic abuse to find safe, secure and suitable refuge spaces across London.   

Our staff and trained, friendly volunteers will help you make a referral to ensure you and your family are given the best possible options in reach of safety. Their help supports women and children to rebuild their lives free from fear.

If you are looking for a refuge space, call our line on 0808 169 9975 or email us at [email protected]. Our lines are open Monday – Friday, 10am - 4pm. We also recommend that you call the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247 which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.   

Please note: The Referral Line is closed 25^th December, 26^th December and 1^st January.
