Recovery hubs You are not alone. Hestia provides immediate mental health support in London and the South East through our mental health Recovery Hubs. These services, which are open at times during evenings and weekends when other services may be closed, offer a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for adults struggling with their mental health to access support from trained professionals. “I felt like it was somewhere I’d been before, I felt like I belonged...
