Hestia provides accommodation-based support including 24/7 care for people experiencing mental health challenges in Tower Hamlets.

As well as providing accommodation, we offer tailored support that focuses on the whole person. We help people to feel safe, develop hope for a better future, and achieve their personal goals. These goals may include rebuilding relationships with family members and friends, connecting more with their local community and developing independent living skills for the future.
