Domestic abuse We offer a variety of domestic abuse services in Hackney: Our domestic abuse refuges offer safe accommodation and support for both single women and women with children that are at risk of domestic abuse. Our culturally specific refuge offers safe accommodation and support for women and children from specific cultural backgrounds. If you are experiencing domestic abuse and need urgent help, please visit our Get help page: Get help Employment support Our Developing Futures programme, delivered through Twining-Hestia, supports young adults (aged 18-24) from ethnically diverse communities looking for personalised and realistic advice on how to achieve their life goals. Modern slavery response Our modern slavery service started in 2011 and we have supported more than 7,000 survivors since then. We provide seven safe houses in London and Kent, as well as a pan-London outreach service working in every London borough. Need help in an emergency?
