No prior meditation experience is required, these sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone. Each session offers a moment of calm amidst the busyness of daily life, encouraging participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves and live fully in the present moment.
Held online, our meditation sessions are easily accessible from home, requiring only a quiet space and a few minutes to focus on yourself. Join us for a peaceful and restorative experience that nurtures both mind and body.

Hi, I’m Charlotte. I've been practising meditation for a number of years and on my travels to Rishikesh, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training where I deepened my meditation practice and immersed myself in Indian philosophy. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness, inner peace, and holistic well-being. My goal is to inspire and guide others toward a more balanced and harmonious life.
