Each session includes 3 circuits with a variety of 30 second exercises, helping to release tension, improve posture, and increase overall energy. The sessions are paced to suit all abilities, allowing participants to move comfortably at their own level. No special equipment is required—just a bit of space, comfortable clothing, and a positive mindset. Meet your host Hi, I’m Merry, originally from Iran and now living in London. I’m technically middle‑aged, but feel free to tell me I look younger!
