Redbridge Recovery Hub

The Recovery Hub in partnership with the North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) offers free mental health support for individuals aged 18 and above. 

Where: Ilford Engagement Hub at Jubilee Gardens, Ilford Lane, IG1 2HX

When: 

Open 365 days a year

Weekdays: Monday - Friday at 5pm - 9pm 

Weekends: 2pm - 6pm (virtual support only)
