Our Employment Advisors work alongside therapists to provide practical, one‑to‑one support that helps reduce employment‑related stress, creating space for therapy to progress and supporting recovery.

Employment Advisors can help with CVs, job searching, interview preparation, returning to work after sickness, discussing reasonable adjustments with employers, and light‑touch careers guidance.
