Hi, I'm Carla. Originally from Mexico, I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a passion for science-based nutrition and home cooking. Through my work, I aim to make nutrition simple, practical, and inspiring; empowering others to build a positive and sustainable relationship with food.
