Hi, my name is Klara and I'm a Pilates instructor. I originally came to Pilates through a foot injury, and am really passionate about the benefits it can bring to both the mind and body. My classes are accessible to all abilities and focus on improving posture, strength and mobility...whilst trying to enjoy ourselves too!
