Bernetta is fundraising to support women and children affected by domestic abuse

I'm fundraising to support women and children in London and the south east who are recovering from domestic abuse.

To be honest, i'm not that much of a mover. I live quite a sedimentary lifestyle. i watch my eastenders and love any excuse to have a nap on my sofa. However, i want to change that now. I'm 33 and want to live a healthy lifestyle. So i resolved to sign up for a half marathon to fundraise for an amazing cause and to hopefully get myself moving
