To ensure a safe and supportive environment, access to these activities requires a unique code provided by your key worker or supervisor. This measure helps us maintain a trusted space for all participants.

Volunteer-led service
Our online activities are facilitated by volunteers who generously contribute their time and expertise. While we strive to ensure quality and accuracy in our sessions, we cannot guarantee that all information provided is error-free, complete, or up to date. Participation in our online activities is voluntary, and users accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on the information provided.

Hestia offers online activities to support our service users in their recovery journey, reinforce a sense of community, reduce isolation, and promote personal growth. These activities are designed to provide a safe and engaging space for connection and development.

You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and participating within your personal limits. If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional before joining. Hestia is not responsible for any injuries sustained during participation.
