Weekly activity schedule: Book Club - Monday 12 noon - 1pm (runs every three weeks) Join our monthly Book Club, where we come together online to explore a new book each month. Led by our friendly volunteer, this activity offers a space for meaningful discussions, connection, and the joy of reading in a supportive and relaxed environment. Film Club - Monday 2pm - 3pm - Starts 9 February (runs every second Monday of the month) Love Movies? So Do We! From blockbusters to indie gems, our online movie club is a space for cinephiles of all kinds to come together, watch, and discuss films from every genre and era. Hosted by our fabulous volunteer, these monthly sessions will have you dive into plot twists, cinematography and themes with fellow film lovers. Poetry - Mondays 4pm - 5pm Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just beginning your poetic journey, our vibrant online community is the perfect place to share with each other, learn and grow. Come along to our weekly Poetry sessions, a safe space to be creative and express your feelings through writing poetry. Bingo! - Monday 5pm - 6pm (runs every first Monday of the month) Get ready for an hour of excitement, laughter, and friendly competition with our online Bingo sessions! Bingo is a fun and easy game that everyone can enjoy, making it a perfect way to relax, have a laugh, and connect with others. Ease into Pilates - Mondays 6.30pm - 7.30pm (runs every second Monday of the month) Build strength, balance and ease with our online Pilates sessions. Guided by our volunteer instructor, you’ll explore gentle, controlled movements that support core stability, posture and overall well being. These sessions offer a calm, welcoming space to move mindfully, unwind and feel good in your body. No experience needed, everyone is welcome. Knit and Natter - On hold Join our Knit & Natter online knitting group, where creativity and conversation come together. Led by our warm and welcoming volunteer, this relaxed session offers a space to work on knitting projects, share tips, and connect with others. All skill levels welcome. Gentle Exercise – Tuesdays 4.30pm – 5.30pm (Starting 2 June) Do you find the gym and exercise classes overwhelming? Then join our workout group to get your body moving and have some fun! Run by our personal trainer volunteer, the sessions are accessible for people of all levels. No special equipment needed—just a little space, comfortable clothing, and a positive mindset! The BIG Quiz Social - Tuesday 6pm - 7pm A fun and interactive online quiz hosted by friendly volunteers. Designed to bring people together, this light-hearted event is a great way to meet new friends, challenge your knowledge, and enjoy a lively, welcoming atmosphere Yin Yoga - Wednesday 11am - 12 noon Find your balance with online yoga sessions. Join our volunteer instructor and together let's unlock the power of movement, mindfulness, and inner peace—all from the comfort of your home. Guided Meditation - Wednesday 12 noon - 1pm Step into a moment of peace with our free online meditation sessions. Whether you're looking to relieve stress, improve focus, find connection, or simply take a mindful pause, these guided sessions offer a welcoming space to relax, recharge, and find balance. Spanish Made Easy - Wednesday 4pm - 5pm Hola! Join our Spanish online sessions and start your language-learning journey in a friendly, supportive environment. Led by enthusiastic volunteers, these interactive lessons cover basic vocabulary, phrases, and conversation skills to help you gain confidence and enjoy the process of learning a new language. Learn British Sign Language - Thursday 1pm - 2pm Join our online British Sign Language (BSL) group and connect with others while learning a valuable new skill. These free, interactive sessions are designed for beginners and aim to have you communicating confidently using BSL. Eat Well Nutrition - Thursday 3pm - 4pm Are you looking to improve your eating habits, manage your weight, or simply feel better? You're not alone! Join our online nutrition group and get the support, knowledge, and accountability you need to reach your health goals. Learn Italian - Thursday 4pm - 5pm Want to add some Italian flair to your week? Join our relaxed, fun sessions to practice speaking, discover culture, and meet other language lovers. Starting Friday 3 October, join us for this exciting new addition to our online activities. A Cuppa and Conversation - Friday 4pm - 5pm (runs every last Friday of the month)Who doesn't love a good cuppa and a chat? Join our relaxed online chat sessions—no agenda, no pressure, just a friendly space to connect. So grab a cup of tea or coffee, bring some biscuits, and enjoy an informal chat with others. It’s a great way to meet new people, and feel part of a welcoming online community. Learn French - Friday 6pm - 7pm Ready to dive into French? Our weekly sessions make learning fun and natural. English Made Easy - Saturday 1pm - 2pm (Starting 11 April) Want to boost your confidence in every day English? This group offers a chance to improve your English skills in an informal and supportive setting. Join us each week as we develop our skills around topics of your choosing, from key events to social situations. Beauty and Self-Care - Sunday 5pm - 6pm (runs every third Sunday of the month)Everyone deserves a little 'me' time, so why not make this monthly treat a part of your self-care regime. These sessions make for a fun, relaxed space to learn tips, share advice, and connect with others. From skincare to self-care routines, these sessions will help boost confidence and wellbeing while creating a sense of community. Led by one of our fantastic volunteers, these classes bring people together to explore movements that support coordination, fitness and focus. No previous experience is required, and everyone is welcome to join. Try something new in a supportive and friendly space. Zumba Dance Turn up the Latin heat and get ready to move, groove and have fun together while staying fit! Our weekly Zumba dance classes are perfect for all levels.
