We believe social connection is key to good mental wellbeing and recovery.

Our community mental health services are designed to support people live happy and healthy lives, enabling people with mental health needs to be safe and resilient in their communities.

Support on offer can include things like one-to-one wellbeing support with a trained professional who can help you with your long-term goals including building confidence, resilience and recovery, as well as help to access local resources and community networks.

In some places, we also offer group activities and workshops aimed at improving wellbeing, making connections and increasing skills for independence.
