Çağla Bekbőlet is a leading member of Egon Zehnder’s Board Consulting Practice. Çağla is a trusted advisor to many Boards around the world and advises companies in a variety of sectors on their senior talent challenges, ranging from discovering and developing leaders to governance. 

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Çağla was an Engagement Manager with Monitor advising clients in the U.S. and Europe on corporate strategy and transactions. She began her career in equity research, covering the Turkish market at FinansBank in Turkey and then joining the emerging markets team at BT Alex Brown in London. That is where Çağla developed a keen interest in people and great leadership.  

Çağla earned an MsC in Finance from the London Business School and a BA in Business from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul. 

Çağla was previously the Chair of Twining Enterprise which formally merged with Hestia in 2025.
