Each session offers a peaceful hour of guided art activities designed to support mental wellness, spark creativity, and build community. Whether you're a seasoned artist or haven’t picked up a crayon in years, you’re warmly welcome—no experience needed.

Each session focuses on using accessible art materials like crayons and pens to explore themes of mindfulness, self-expression, and relaxation. You'll be gently guided through creative exercises that calm the mind and allow your imagination to flow freely. It’s not about creating a masterpiece—it’s about enjoying the process and giving yourself the space to just be.

Hi, I am Melissa! I am an Art Psychotherapist working across London. I love being creative everyday and sharing these experiences with others.

My other interests are animals (especially my 4 cats), growing vegetables, cooking, yoga/gym, holidays to the seaside and visiting museums and galleries.
