What we do

We provide recovery focused support and interventions to people with a range of drug and alcohol related dependencies. We empower them to make positive decisions around their addictions and to support them on their journey away from substance dependence.

We support people with a range of complex needs which often includes substance misuse. Our services are open and accessible so that people feel relaxed and able to talk to us about their dependency issues.  All our support is offered in a non-judgemental and non-punitive way.

Support across all our refuges and accommodation

While we have no dedicated accommodation based services for people with drug or alcohol addiction, we do recognise that many of the people we help have complex needs and may require additional support to overcome their dependency on drugs or alcohol. This could be someone in a mental health service or survivors of domestic abuse or human trafficking.

Community-based programmes

This means our team can come to you and help enable your recovery.

If someone living in the community comes to us for help though our floating support services, our dedicated staff team support them into recovery so that they can fulfil their aspirations and make positive life choices. We will signpost and refer service users onto other community based specialist services or peer support groups in their local borough to avoid isolation, helping them to lead more fulfilling lives away from dependency .
